HPmultiverse (hpmultiverse.com) is a premium digital asset platform. By purchasing our products or using our website, you enter into a legally binding agreement with HPmultiverse and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of HPmultiverse. Use of our services or the purchase of our digital products constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.
All products sold on this site are Digital Goods. No physical product will be shipped.
Upon successful payment, an automated download link will be delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate email address and ensure they have a stable internet connection for downloading.
All prices for the 1,000+ Preset Bundle are listed in INR (unless otherwise stated) and are inclusive of applicable digital taxes.
We reserve the right to modify prices or run “Flash Sales” at any time without prior notice.
No Stored Data: We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers.
Secure Processing: All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal) that use industry-standard encryption to protect your financial data.
6) Refunds, Cancellations & Digital Content
Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital content, once a download link has been issued, the product is considered “opened” and “used.” Therefore, all sales are final.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund or cooling-off period.
If you encounter a technical defect with the files, please contact us, and we will provide a replacement link.
Personal & Commercial Use: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these presets for your personal photos or professional client work.
Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the raw preset files (.dng, .xmp, or .lrtemplate) with any third party. Sharing your download link is strictly prohibited.
We may occasionally update the preset files for better compatibility with new Lightroom versions.
Your purchase includes Lifetime Access to the version of the bundle you purchased. We recommend saving a backup of your files in a cloud storage service.
Our presets are designed for Adobe Lightroom Mobile (Free & Paid) and Lightroom Desktop.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device/software is compatible before purchase.
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass security, reverse-engineer our website, or use our assets for any illegal activities.
HPmultiverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without
regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
