At HPmultiverse, we stand behind the quality of our digital assets. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer a strict no-refund policy.
Due to the nature of digital content, once the 1,000+ Lightroom Preset Bundle has been purchased and the download link has been sent or accessed, the product is considered “used.” Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned to the seller to regain their original value. Therefore, all sales are final.
We understand that technical issues can happen. We will only consider refund requests under the following rare circumstances:
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same bundle twice within a 24-hour period, we will refund the second transaction.
Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your download link and our system shows the link was never accessed, we will investigate and provide a refund if we cannot resolve the delivery issue.
Compatibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the required software (Adobe Lightroom) before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued for software incompatibility or “changing your mind” after the purchase.
Support: If you are having trouble installing or using your presets, our support team is dedicated to helping you. We will work with you until the presets are functioning correctly on your device.

By purchasing from HPmultiverse, you agree to contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in the immediate permanent revocation of your license to use our products.
